Aliya is a NYC based Project Manager and advocate for underrepresented groups in science and technology. She currently works with the engineering team at Transfix to build innovative new tools, and has previously worked with Coalition for Queens and the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory to build programs that make science and technology careers accessible to all.
Willie is an inclusion strategist and publisher of Abernathy, the leading online magazine for professional black men. He's a technologist by trade and currently serves as the technical lead of Seth Godin's altMBA program, a four-week online workshop for high-performing individuals who want to level up and lead.

Renee started her HR career in the finance field, but entered the startup world 3 years ago by joining MongoDB. In her current position she owns global benefit design, immigration and US compliance and employment law. She's passionate about improving MongoDB's diversity and creating a culture that celebrates inclusion. D&I at MongoDB is an employee-driven initiative and Renee is excited to share some of the ideas and projects they've rolled out.
